The Terracina Residential Community, Inc., is pleased to announce that a Virtual Board Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 7, 2022. The purpose of the meeting will be to elect one (1) new member to the Board of Directors and discuss normal association business. Attached you will find the Meeting Notice, Draft Agenda, Proxy with Consent in Lieu of Meeting, and Ballot Form. Homeowners who cast votes online as a property owner need not assign a proxy to another Owner as all Ballots cast online will automatically count for quorum and vote.
